Re: RTB v2 not connecting to your end...
What version of Windows are you running Radio Toolbox on?

Re: RTB v2 not connecting to your end...
What this is stating is your computer doesn't trust the certificate on our server. This certificate that the Radio Toolbox application is communicating with is a LetsEncrypt certificate. You can see a similar certificate in use here. If your using IE or Chrome it should say its not trusted because they use the OS certificate store. Firefox has its own certificate store that is separate so it'll probably say its trusted.
LetsEncrypt is a relatively new new root. However, their current intermediate certificates should be cross-signed by IdenTrust. An older root. So what this means is you need to update your computer's root certificate store. I don't know what operating system your using other than the likelihood of it being Windows. But normally the trusted root certificate store is updated by Windows update.

We've gotten a new certificate from our previous provider.
Please check to see if RTB v2 works now.

Thank you hdprene!
Here says that is activated and after a minute shuts down the app,
saying that is due to unmet licensing requirements.

Re: RTB v2 not connecting to your end...
Same problem here. RTB would stay up and running for two hours before throwing the error message. Today, the error message comes up just seconds after launching. Please help!
