It changes it self every hour what do i do with the servers IP? 
Changing IP issue
If your ISP changes your IP address regularly, try using a Dynamic DNS service.
I use www.dyndns.org, its easy to set up and works great.
Basically, what it does, is you register with the service(identify your URL, website, whatever it is called) and that will direct everyone to the DNS services location for your website. Then you load a "client" on your webserver/shoutcast server machine and when the IP changes, the "client" tells the DNS service your new IP and keeps it current.
