Unfortunately the dumps I have seem to be encrypted in some way, so I can't really see anything useful. Does the XFF in the raw stat sheet correspond with what you are seeing in Radio Toolbox? If not can you send me the differences with a full screenshot from Radio Toolbox and the stat sheet at that exact moment?
