Problem with Radio Toolbox

I have a question. I use Radio Toolbox to display songs on www.nik.cz/enjoy, but after displaying 10 songs, last songs start languish and in the end there are only 1 to 3 songs. Do you know, where the problem is? And my second question is about displaying slash in the text when the apostrophe is present. Is it possible to remove slash or filter it off?

there is an updated script which fixes some of these problems, I will package with the release of 1.0 due out real soon.

Is this 1.0 still coming soon? Or is there any quick fix for this apostrophe problem? Thanks!
