that is for the Log Service, if you do not have an account at log.radiotoolbox.com then uncheck the 'I have a log service account.' box in the Options window and that will go away.

Thanks Jay for your answer, but now I have the following message:

Log Service Touched: (No Service)

How can this be, If I have the script service set? Maybe I'm totaly confuse but I thought that the script service in radio toolbox will interact with the server where I put the catcher.php file:

Well availability of documentation will be more obvious in the next version. I will certainly consider adding this particular problem to the faq as well. Considering that this is not the first time I have gotten this question.
