to our service we do not track or collect data, except on a normal Apache Webserver Log which is parsed to
collect aggregate data, and does not identify or track a single user. This aggregate data is used give us an understanding of traffic flow, areas
of our website that interest our site visitors the most, and is completely for the use of Radio Toolbox administrators and team memebers. No identifying information
is given to third parties or individuals outside of the Radio Toolbox organization. |

| This site utilizes cookie technology to store session and preference data, this use is optional and does not
not need to be available to radiotoolbox.com in order for you to browse our general pages, however areas which utilize accounts and profiles like our forum and our Online Log Service
will require the use of cookie and that those cookies be allowed per the session that you wish to utilize these services at our site. |

| E-Mail and Contact Privacy | |
| Your contact privacy is extremely important to us, so we only allow email contact to other bulletin board members through
a special script which sends the email for other registered members, it is the reciepients responsibility to either delete or reply to any message sent from other radio toolbox users from
the bulletin board area. Any user who sends a message to the team via the contact page or to other registered bulletin board members from our website expose their email address to said user.
Email addresses are also made available when using the Discussion List, however, viewing a history of the discussion list at our website will replace any email address with the words 'NOSPAM' in
order to prevent bots and other software programs from using our webserver against us. We also strongly discourage posting of email addresses on any of our comments or bulletin board sections as this
risks abusive use of our site. If you are a bot we strongly encourage you to visit this page to get a list of junk email addresses
for your owner. |

| Online Log Service | |
| Your use of the online log service indicates that you have read and understand our position and the data we collect for this service to
operate properly. The online log service collects data from your Radio Toolbox Client about your server's capacity, bitrate, current song, description/name, host or ip address, port number, number of
listeners and a seperated view of each server you have listed in your Radio Toolbox Client, also your Radio Toolbox Client Username and Password are sent. Unique Identifiers, IP addresses, or other detailed
listener information are not currently transferred nor stored in the RadioToolbox Online Log Service. These Client statistics are currently only utilized internally and for your view and assessment by our
server. No Third party is made aware or previewed to this information with our your permission. To deny listing of your server's on our third party connections, in the Radio Toolbox Client choose the File
Menu and select Options (Alt+O), on the General Tab make sure that List in RTB LE Directory is unchecked. |

| Online Tools | |
| You may use our tools free from registration and free of charge. We do not collect or store information passed to the online tools. The Find IP utility
utilizes services outside of our domain, the services are www.arin.net and www.networksolutions.com which
we use to gain more information about your IP or Hostname and display it back to you. They may have a privacy policy that differs from ours so if it concerns you we recommend you visit those site before using the
Find IP tool. The information returned from those services is also not stored or collected by radiotoolbox. |

| We will allow certain advertisers to use our site for the purpose of promoting a service which will interest a Webcaster or Broadcaster. Advertising is done
in house as well as through the Google AdSense Program, and statistics which will be useful to advertisers may be given at their request. The following information is NOT given; Anything that uniquely identifies a visitor at our site, Anything
mentioned for our own purpose as described in this policy, and contact information about any particular user that has intrusted us with their contact information. Only the most basic statistics may be given, such
as integers that represent traffic at our site. The Google Adsense program may aggregate it's own data and it's policies may differ from those of our in-house ad programs. For information on google's adsence privacy

may change our policy at anytime without contacting you unless the privacy policy changes involve detailed contact information such as email addresses and mailing addresses. If it does involve those types of information
you will be notified by the respective contact address of the change and given a period of time to opt-out of the service in question. |
