General Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement extends to all radio toolbox services. Your use of our website and other associated services
is considered acceptance of this agreement. You agree that you will not use the Radio toolbox website located at www.radiotoolbox.com or it's subdomain groups (*.radiotoolbox.com) to collect
information about radiotoolbox users, such as scanning for email addresses or other websites to scan for email addresses. You agree not to store, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, distribute,
publish any part of radiotoolbox.com or it's design whether electronically or in any other form and whether for commercial or non-commercial benefit other then personal use without the written
permission of the owner of radiotoolbox.com. Any portion of radiotoolbox.com may only be retained for a temporary period of time. The services and online tools are provided 'AS-IS' unless otherwise
noted in 'pay for' agreements.
As Radio Toolbox considers itself an interactive computer service all communications made on our boards, comments, and other interactive
systems do not represent the views of Radio Toolbox, it's sponsors, owners or employees and agents. Under section 230 of the Telecommunications
act of 1996, Radio Toolbox is not considered a publisher of material coming from users outside of our organization and cannot be held responsible
for libel, slander or defamation of character that may result from such communication with third party users.
Jurisdiction
Interpretation and enforcement of this agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Texas (excluding its choice of law rules).
You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in the federal and state courts of Tarrant County, Texas for any action arising out of or
relating to your use of Radio Toolbox's services or products. The federal and state courts of Tarrant County, Texas will have exclusive
jurisdiction over all such actions. In any such action, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover all legal expenses incurred in
connection with the action, including but not limited to its costs, both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable attorney's fees.
The terms of this Section will survive any termination of this agreement.
Forum
While we actively moderate our bulletin board, we do not censor content unless the content of the message links to or discusses illegal activities, racism, pornographic material,
Warez (or illegal software archives). Using our boards to promote or advertise a service may or may not be removed dependent on how we judge the advertisment, and whether we feel it benefits the
webcast or broadcast industry. Repeated or post pumped/thread bumped advertisements are strictly prohibited from our boards and said threads or post will be completely removed from our system and we or an agent
acting on behalf of radiotoolbox.com could possibly ban offenders from the bulletin board
service. Flaming will also not be tolerated, because just as you have the right to post on these boards others do as well.
Host List/Review Program
The Radio Toolbox Host List is an Open List that any registered forum user can add their service to.
None of the Links, Reviews or Placements are paid for. This section of the site falls under the General Agreement of our
terms of service. In no event will Radio Toolbox, its officers, directors, employees or agents be responsible to any user
of the Radio Toolbox website or related products for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including damages
for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like) arising out of the use or
inability to use the Radio Toolbox site, even if Radio Toolbox has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because
some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above
limitations may not apply to you. All reviews are final and are not subject to review by third parties. You agree that
this review system can only account availability that can be seen from our end of the network/internet. While Radio Toolbox
will make a best effort to ensure the accuracy of it's tests and articles. We cannot guarantee that routing, DNS, or other
circumstance outside of the reviewed service's or Radio Toolbox's control may possibly skew results and reviews. Where possible
Radio Toolbox will provide details to circumstances where it knows that a transit provider is ultimately responsible for
the quality of a reviewed service.
