I have the RadioToolBox all setup and everything configured and when it updates, I get no errors... But when I pull up the example.php, everything's still blank. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

if there is a copyright header error that means that your script is generating a parse error, go to it in your browser and see if you see any errors.
