Icecast 2.4.99.3 No Listeners/Geolocations Work

I'm new here and the summary works fine and shows songs and listener numbers.
I can't get the Listener and Geolocations to work.
I'm using Icecast 2.4.99.3

I contacted my hosting provider and was told to change from Icecast to Icecast-kh.
Everything works now, go figure.

I have also been having this issue with the same version of Icecast for months now. Same error in the logs. I'd prefer to not have to change my stream type from regular Icecast to Icecast-KH. Is there any hope of getting this fixed? I can see the listener count, and it's accurate, but the Geolocation refuses to work.

EDIT:
I forgot to add that I did also try updating to the latest beta version of RTB that I found in another thread on here, version 2.3.1 Beta 3, and I'm still having this issue.

I am now having the same problems with Shoutcast versie 2.6.777. ICEcast loads normally. With Shoutcast, we get the message that Radiotoolbox cannot connect to the Shoutcast server. If you click on the link in Radiotoolbox, you do hear the music.

This problem has been occurring since version 2.1.3.

Is this a Windows update problem? Because now I am also having the same problem with version 2.1.1.

It could be, which version of Windows are you running Radio Toolbox on?

Radio Toolbox is installed on various computers with Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Toolbox versions up to 2.1.3 function correctly.

The versions above this cannot connect to Shoutcast 2.6.777. All Icecast servers work.

If you click on the Shoutcast link in the Radio Toolbox window, you can hear the music, but the data is blocked.
