FTP - file sent - no data

I seem to have everything working but when using the FTP service, the file uploads but when I look at the file that was sent, it is black and appears to have 0 bytes.

I have used the default template to start and I can upload without error.

Any ideas?

could you provide a link to the file it uplaoded?

As you can see, I got the php method working but I'm still confused by the ftp file problem. Here is a link;

that's odd, the only thing I could think of is that it can't read from the file properly, i'll take a look at my code and see if I can add some extra notifications that might help out in this type of situation.
