Ports Closed HELP!!

i'm trying to set up a shoutcast radiostaion.
i'm still getting the same connection timed out error.

All the ports i try at port checker are closed.
it says i probably have a firewall on.

- I don't have a firewall
- this is the only computer with an internet connection.
- i'm not behind a proxy
- my shoutcast configuration

what is my problem??

If you run Windows XP then you may have a firewall running, check your network configuration to be sure that XP's built in firewall is not running. If you are unsure of where to do this, do a search on the web for XP firewall.

Xp is currently running, and i allready knew that.
but its off.

any other options for me?

I check my IP and my port, but my it is always closed:(

and the IP it gave you was in fact your IP?
