I can hear the sound but I can't see video. What's wrong could you please tell me?
p.s. The video file is converted to *.nsv

likely because your client doesn't support the video codec in use.

And how to know which codec I don't have?

go to the video window in winamp and you should see the codec in use at the bottom of the window.
