Any 1 have DSP 1.8.0? and ...

Hey

I need the 1.8.0 DSP. Also anyone know if the radium codec is a full codec or does it just upgrade you excisting one to pro. And since MS Windows Media Tools is not around anymore what software comes with a codec.

Also does anyone have Windows Media Tools and can send it to me or post a link to it.
